Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku působícího na energetickém trhu

Abstract

In today´s dynamic enterpreneurial environment is a competitiveness the key for the companies succes. It is the ability to be better than the competition. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of a company operating in the energy industry. The first chapter is focused on explaining the terms and methods related to the issue of evaluating the competitiveness of companies. In the second chapter is describes the company, which is subjected to analysis by using the following methods: financial analysis, Porter's five forces model and analysis of intellectual capital. In the third chapter is an evaluation of company´s competitiveness and proposed recommendations that may be useful to improve the competitive position.
