Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, describes current fundraising opportunities to finance non-profit organizations and searches for new ways of obtaining financial resources for their effective activities. The first theoretical part describes meaning of the term non-profit organization, defines its classification and explains the causes for its establishment. The second part applies general findings to the case of the Czech Republic and the third part describes its opportunities of funding in our country. The last part points to troubles making the financing difficult and presents the options of fundraising of non-profit organizations to build up the public relations.
