Motivační systém v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an alteration proposal of the motivation system in the industrial company XY, based on confrontation of the company leader’s motivational intentions and employee feedback survey of the company. The theoretical part contains delimitation of fluctuation, motivation and motivation programme according to professional literature. The practical part of the thesis includes presentation of the company’s motivation programme and questionnaire investigation. Specific solutions, that lead to improvement of employee satisfaction with the motivation system of the company, the benefits evaluation and the implementation costs of the changes are based on the investigation results.
