Abstract

The bachelor thesis presented here solves the problem of tourism development in Olomouc region. The aim of this thesis is analysis of the Olomouc region as a tourist destination and its assumptions for tourist development. The first part defines tourism, typology, factors of developement of tourims, organizations of the tourism of the Czech republic and politics of tourism. The next part is focused on analysis of Olomouc region. The final part is devoted to program of tourism and projects, which were created to Olomouc region to become popular destination. In this part are suggested possibilities of tourism development.
