Analýza spoluautorských, citačních a bibliografických sítí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu sítí pomocí bibliografických dat a následnou detekci komunit ve vytvořených sítích. Součástí práce je souhrn sítí vytvořených z bibliografických dat. V~práci vytváříme sítě spoluautorské, citační, kocitační a sítě bibliographic coupling. Jedná se o sítě neohodnocené i ohodnocené či orientované i neorientované. Zároveň je porovnáno několik přístupů v~ohodnocování bibliografických sítí. Jde o neváženou, váženou, normalizovanou a Newman variantu ohodnocení vytvářených sítí. V~rámci práce byly implementovány čtyři metody detekce komunit. Konkrétně jde o metodu Louvain, LP-MNI, Random walk similarity a metodu založenou na \textit{CT}-vzdálenosti.

This thesis focuses on network creation using bibliographic data and the subsequent community detection in the formed networks. The thesis includes a summary of the networks created from bibliographic data. In this thesis we create co-author, citation, co-citation and bibliographic coupling networks. These networks are unweighted and weighted or undirected and directed. Several approaches in weighting bibliographic networks are also compared. These are the unweighted, weighted, normalized and Newman weighting variants of the networks being created. Four community detection methods have been implemented in this work. Specifically, the Louvain method, LP-MNI, Random walk similarity, and a method based on \textit{CT}-distance.
