Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is a creation of competency models for 3 chosen positions in a selected company. Those positions are: HR specialist – learning and development, HR Business Partner and Coach for Top Affluent segment. The aim of theoretical-methodological part is to describe basic terminology of competencies and competency models, which is used in the application-verification part. Competency models are designed with use of Competency Based Interview, questionnaire survey and the study of organization’s internal documentation and specialised literature. On the basis of these methods were competencies matched with particular positions and required development and importance level of competencies was set. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal of competency models for selected positions in a chosen company and possible ways of competency models application in organization’s HR processes were proposed.
