Bytový dům se startovacími byty

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je projekční návrh bytového domu se startovacími byty. Diplomová práce sestává ze 4 částí. První část obsahuje souhrnnou a technickou zprávu ke stavební části. Druhá část řeší technologický postup realizace ploché střechy. Třetí částí je položkový rozpočet technologické etapy „Střecha“. Ve čtvrté části je uveden časový harmonogram technologické etapy „Střecha“.

The purpose of this thesis was to design a block of starter flats. This thesis consists of four parts. The first part gives a technological summary of the building phase. The second part describes the implemetnion of the flat roof. The third part deals with the itemised budget of the technological phase „Roof“. In the forth part we solve timetable technologiacal steps of the phase „Roof“. Project documentation has been attached to this thesis.
