Optimalizace tréninku a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The master´s thesis is based on issue of the corporate training at Tesco Stores ČR a.s. It is focused on analyzing education and development with other human resources processes across the company. The theoretical part is dedicated to employees education focused primarily on corporate training, its methodology, forms, planning, and evaluation. This thesis also mentions related processes such as performance management and development, and rating of employees. The practical part of the thesis describes the current system of education at Tesco Stores ČR a.s., and the way how employees are developed. It also contains an analysis of the education systém through a questionnaire survey, from which comes out the analysis of problematic areas and follows a proposal for the improvement and optimisation of education in the company.
