Zhodnocení procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization. It describes the initial steps from the time when the employee is selected on the basis of a selection procedure to the adaptation itself. This thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a literature search in the field of HR, selection procedure and the subsequent adaptation process. The practical part is occupied by the given characteristics of the organization, selection and adaptation of employees and analysis of the current situation in this organization. Based on this analysis, some recommendations and proposed solutions are suggested.
