Motivace zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is motivation of employees NC Line, Ltd., located in Suchdol nad Odrou. The aim is to determine overall satisfaction with the offered wage and monetary and non-monetary benefits. Another goal is to established information companies provide data that can be used to increase employee motivation. Research method that is used for the detection of motivation is a questionnaire survey.

Thesis is divided into two major parts. The first part deals with the theoretical basis of employee motivation and methods of research. The second part is the analysis of employee satisfaction and motivation system and the proposals and recommendations to increase their satisfaction.
