Abstract

The master thesis is focused on problematic of employees appraisal. The employees appraisal belongs between basic areas of human resources that represent approach to reach the given goals and success of organization. The aim of this thesis is to on the base of analysis find out current appraisal system of employee and consequently to submit suggestions and recommendations for its improvement. The master thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical). The first theoretical part is a starting point for the second practical part. In the second part is firstly described current appraisal system in the manufacture department. Then is accomplished the analysis by using semi-structured questions in the interview. On the base of the analysis are submitted suggestions and recommend changes in the appraisal system in the manufacture department. Suggestions and recommendations are primarilly related to proper appraisal methods and creation of evaluation forms for job position in a given department.
