Realizace politiky rozvoje venkova EU v mikroregionu Hlučínsko

Abstract

The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to provide summary information about rural policy in the European Union and its development with a focus on the use of grant opportunities in microregion Hlučínsko in the EU. First part of thesis describes theoretical foundations of rural policy of the European Union. The second chapter focuses on the definition of rural areas from different perspectives, the historical context of the policy and on its funding. In the second part, more precisely the third chapter, attention is focused on the programmatic framework of rural development policy in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The chapter describes the content of strategic documents such as Community strategic guidelines for Rural Development, National Strategic Plan for Rural Development, Rural Development Programme of the Czech Republic, etc. The fourth chapter then deals with the specific use of grant opportunities in the municipality Bohuslavice. Activities of the Association of municipalities and local action group are outlined. The chapter occupy with the implemented project called "Baroque in Bohuslavice".
