Abstract

The main aim of my diploma thesis is to design a lay-out of an administration building with public library. This work contains a lay-out of a construction part and technical equipment of building in terms of water, gas and heating distribution including a design of heat pump and its supply system. Technical report of the administration building with public library is depicted in sixty-five pages. It includes description of construction and sanitary parts, gas line installation, heating of the building and including equipment supply pipes between the municipal office and public library. In my work the main emphasis has been placed on function of the administration building with public library and each equipment, especially the heating part has been designed to be environmentally friendly. My work focuses on a two-storey basement building with flat roof. It has been also dealt with a question of location of the building. The chosen place is in the Land Register Office specified as Šenov near the city of Ostrava. Everything has been designed with respect to current public infrastructure and the main aim is to provide different services for general public with regard to nature.
