This diploma thesis focuses on the design of a residential complex on Frýdlantská Street in Frýdek-Místek, situated on the site of a former spinning mill. The area is located in close proximity to Janáček Park, a highly valued public space within the city. Therefore, the project aims to integrate with the park's environment while establishing a natural connection between the park and the newly designed residential structure. The objective of the thesis is to create high-quality, contemporary urban housing with an emphasis on a pleasant living environment, site permeability, and integration into the existing urban fabric.
