Řízení zásob ve společnosti SIGMA 1868 spol. s r. o.

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se budu zabývat problematikou systému řízení zásob v průmyslovém podniku SIGMA 1868 spol. s. r. o. V úvodní teoretické kapitole je stručně nastíněn historický vývoj logistiky a její definice ve smyslu vědní disciplíny. V další části se lze seznámit se zásobováním a důležitým článkem systému, kterými jsou zásoby. V praktické části je provedena klasifikace zásob za pomocí několika metod a následné jejich vyhodnocení. Výsledky analýz by měli pomoci vedení společnosti SIGMA 1868 spol. s. r. o. v rozhodování o držení velikosti zásob.

In this thesis I deal with the issue of inventory management systém in an industrial company, which is called SIGMA 1868 spol. s. r. o. The theoretical chapter briefly outlines the historical development of logistics and it is definition in terms of scientific discipline. In the next chapter you can learn about supply and an important element of the system, which are stocks. In the practical chapter, there is a clasification of inventory here using several methods and their subsequent evaluation. The results of the analyzes should help the management of SIGMA 1868 spol. s. r. o. in decising on the size of holding inventory.
