Abstract

The topic this bachelor thesis is employee motivation. The aim was to evaluate the reward system in terms of motivation and stimulation in an equity society Commercial bank, seat of in Czech republic. The analysis is guided by secondary data, theoretical knowledge base in the area of motivation, stimulating and rewarding employees. Personal opinions, attitudes and satisfaction levels of current employees with certain aspects of reward system were gathered through a questionnaire method. Based on the dissatisfaction of employees has been proposed recommendations for improvements and the elimination of scarcity.
