Návrh změny organizace rozvozu zboží pro vybraný segment zákazníků

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is analysis of the current state of the specific market segment of customers in HB Transkamion V.o.s Company and also creation of a specific proposal for the same company. The company is located in Valasske Mezirici and deals with interstate truck transport and logistical activities targeting the ollowing destinations: Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Turkey. In the theoretical part of my thesis I talk about the basic terminology- logistics, logistic services providers, international transport activities and storage. In the practical part of my thesis I describe a specific company including the description of all their services, technical equipment and certificates owned by this company. The next chapter talks about the route for an important customer of this company where its demand analysis is performed. Based on these findings a new proposal for a transportation route of the goods is created. As part of that I compare five industrial properties available and I selected the most suitable place for a depot meeting the best criteria.
