Abstract

This bachelor thesis on the topic „Improvement of Administrative Processes in Educational Company“ is focused on developing a proposal to improvement of the process of preparing the lecturer team to execution of the contract. The theoretical part deals with introduction to the issue of proces optimization and a description of tools that can achieve this goal. The practical part is focused on the analysis of processes, on the basis of which an optimization solution is subsequently proposed.
