Benchmarking vybraných těžebních podniků

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce na téma „Benchmarking vybraných těžebních podniků“ je aplikovat model benchmarkingu za použití matematicko-statistických metod na společnosti s vyšší roční těžbou štěrkopísků a písků tzv. velkoobjemové společnosti a následně na společnosti s nižší roční těžbou tzv. maloobjemové společnosti. Dále pak tyto společnosti srovnat bez rozdílů jejich těžby. Práce je strukturovaná na dvě hlavní části. První část se na základě odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů zabývá teoretickým vymezením benchmarkingu, matematicko-statistických metod včetně charakteristiky vybraných podniků. Druhá část je zaměřena prakticky, popisuje konkrétní aplikace a vyhodnocení modelu benchmarkingu, výsledky vyhodnocení matematicko-statistických metod a následné návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení.

The aim of this thesis, named " Benchmarking Slected Mining Enterprises", is to apply a benchmarking model by using mathematical and statistical methods to a companies with a higher annual mining of gravel and sand (also called big-volume companies) and after that to companies with lower annual mining (also called small-volume companies). In the end to compare these companies without exception of their annual mining. The thesis is structured into two main parts. The theoretical definition of benchmarking and mathematical and statistical methods, including the characteristics of selected companies are presented in the first part. The description of specific applications and evaluation of the benchmarking model, results of evaluation of mathematical and statistical methods and subsequent proposals and recommendations for improvement are in the second practical part.
