Implementace zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti v teplárenské společnosti

Abstract

The thesis summarizes process of analysis of information technology safety in Havířovská teplárenská společnost, a.s., that was primarily focused on the definition of weak places including a proposal for a solutions in two separate areas. Here is soluted organisational area and technical security of information and communication technologies, defined within the framework of the implementation of measures to comply with the requirements of Law no. 181 / 2014, about cyber security. A defult prerequisite of thesis is indetification of under review company the meaning of the statutory measures when Havířovská teplárenská společnost, a.s. meets the legal criteria for inclusion in the critical information infrastructure, and therefore, the cyber security law is binding. Another part of thesis is also proposal of preparation process methodology and realization of analysis of compliance with the requirements of the law, including the security measures for compliance with all relevant legislative requirements.
