My dissertation is dealing with economic and time comparison of block of flats roof technology. The first part is dedicated to project documentation of residential building, which deals with the current law and all connected regulations. The other part contains technology procedures of three options of roof construction of this object including setting the indicative price and total time of construction. I compare these variations from the point of view of financial and time demands in the final part of my thesis. Drawing documentation, budgets, work time schedules for each variants of roof construction and technical report of building equipment are also part of this thesis.
