Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the technology of digital twin cities as a tool of crisis management. The work contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concept of the digital twin, its technological components and possibilities of use. Furthermore, already implemented systems and studies dealing with the potential use of digital twins are described. The concept of the digital twin is followed by the concept of a smart city with a connection to one part of it, namely smart healthcare. The practical part present a model of smart admission of patients to hospitals using digital twin technology. The design of the model can be used in the normal operation of hospitals and emergency services, but also in the situation of mass disability.
