The aim of this thesis is the comparison of the options proposed financial envelope of new office building in Ostrava. The content of this work is the preparation of project documentation for construction, timing of construction in the form of line schedule, itemized construction budget, the description of each variant envelope, technological process one variant cladding, heat technical assessment compared cladding, itemized budgets of individual variants envelope and their comparison.
