Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the marketing analysis and a proposal of marketing strategy of a ski school. For this analysis i have chosen the Winterschool. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first deals with theoretical definitions of used terms. The second part concentrates on the proper analysis of marketing strategy. In the concrete, evaluation of a qustionare is performed, SWAT analysis is accomplished, marketing background is analysed. From these data proposals for improvement of marketing strategy are devised. The aim of this thesis was proposal of marketing strategy of ski school Winterschool. This aim was accomplished. Recommendations for improvement of the ski school marketing strategy were proposed.
