Financování mládežnického sportovního klubu a jeho závislost na veřejných rozpočtech

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of financing for youth sports clubs and their dependence on public budgets. In the context of the Czech Republic, where sport plays a crucial role in social and cultural development, youth sports clubs represe nt an essential element in the social integration and upbringing of young people. The study examines how the financing of these clubs is structured and the impact of a combination of public and private sources on their daily operations and long term development. The theoretical part addresses the definition and analysis of key terms, the history of sport in the Czech Republic, and the role of the National Sports Agency. The practical part includes interviews with club representatives, comparative analyses, and discussions on strategies that clubs use to address their dependence on public financing and to diversify income. The aim of the thesis is to identify factors affecting the economic stability of the clubs and to propose strategies for their sustainable development, thereby contributing to a better understanding of the dynamics of youth sports financing and supporting its prosperous future.
