Abstract

The aim of this work was to evaluate the state of occupational health and safety in woodworking workshops at selected schools (training centers), and propose a methodology of occupational health and safety , which should lead to better working conditions and increase the level of safety and health at work of apprentices . Apprentices receive initial habits already at school and carry them into the working process. The work is divided into three basic parts. The first one analyzes the accidents at school happened in the years 2003-2013. The second part points out on faults which occurred at school while I was working on this job. In the third part there is a methodology which summarizes the basic requirements for wood machining.
