Analýza a návrh nákupního procesu v podniku z odvětví zdravotnického vybavení

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is to propose a new process of purchasing and organization of a purchasing department based on an analysis of the current state of purchasing processes, comparing the selection criteria of suppliers and the procedure for their evaluation. The result of the thesis is the proposal of the organizational structure of the central purchasing department and a proposal of budget framework for its establishment and operation. In addition, Saaty's method of determining the weighting of criteria when comparing suppliers in the second round of selection was included in the supplier selection process. In the third chapter, however, there are general rules that the company should respect when participating in public procurement in our country as well as other companies in the industry.
