Letecká přeprava osob v České republice

Abstract

Letecká přeprava cestujících je dynamicky se rozvíjející odvětví dopravy. Úzce souvisí s dalšími politikami například s ochranou spotřebitele, která je Evropskou unií považována za velmi důležitou a je spjata se základními právy jejích občanů. Z toho důvodu vydává Evropská unie právní akty, které v rámci služeb letecké dopravy posilují práva cestujících. Mezinárodní evropská letiště jsou povinna dodržovat standarty péče o cestující se zdravotním postižením a cestující s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Tyto standarty musí respektovat evropské právo, ale mohou být mezi nimi rozdíly.

Passenger air transport is a dynamically developing branch of transportation. It is closely related to other politics, e. g. consumer protection, what is thaught by the European Union to be very important and is related to fundamental rights of its citizens. That is why the European Union issues acts concerning air transport services to strengthen passengers´ rights. International European airports, including Czech airports, are obliged to comply with standarts of assistance to passengers with health disability or limited ability to movement and orientation. Such standarts must respect the European law in full, but there can be some differences among them.
