Víceúčelový dům

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně energetickou přestavbou víceúčelového domu v Ostravě na ulici Pelclova v rozsahu pro dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. V práci se nachází souhrnná technická zpráva, situace stavby, stavební část, stavební tepelná technika, posouzení akustické a posouzení denního osvětlení. Cílem diplomové práce bylo posoudit původní stav a stav po navrhnutých opatřeních tak, aby vyhověly tepelně technickým a akustickým požadavkům. Dále tato budova byla posouzená na denní osvětlení. Veškeré tyto posudky byly vyhotoveny tak, aby byly v souladu s platnou legislativou a navrhovaná opatření byla ekonomicky přijatelná. Diplomová práce je vypracována v rozsahu 66 stran

This diploma thesis deals with a multipurpose building’s reconstruction in Ostrava, Pelclova st. and improving its energy efficiency within the laid down parameters. It includes a general technical overview, current condition of the building, reconstruction guidelines, heating equipment, evaluation of day light and the acoustics of selected structures. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the building’s current condition and its condition after the suggested changes which must comply with the set standard for a building’s heat loss level and the requirements for day light and acoustic levels. All assessments were carried out in a way to comply with current legislation and that suggested changes were economically viable. This thesis has 66 pages.
