Hodnocení investičního projektu ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením efektivnosti zavedení nového vstřikovacího stroje do výroby společnosti PS PLASTY CZ, s.r.o. s cílem zhodnocení realizace projektu při zohlednění vybraných faktorů. V praktické části práce je provedena SWOT analýza projektu i podniku, marketingová analýza popisující trh a rovněž analýza a hodnocení samotného projektu, a to z hlediska návratnosti investic, efektivnosti a finančních přínosů. Výsledkem práce je zhodnocení realizace investice nového vstřikovacího stroje do výroby, zjištění doby návratnosti a ekonomické rentability projektu.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the efficiency of the new injection machine implementation into the production of the company PS PLASTY CZ, s.r.o. The main goal is to evaluate the implementation of the project, taking into account selected factors. In the practical part of the diploma thesis are following analyses: SWOT analysis of the project and the company, marketing analysis describing the market and also the evaluation of the project itself in terms of return on investments, efficiency and financial benefits. The result of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the new injection machine implementation into the production, the determination of the payback time and the economic profitability of the project.
