Návrh na předcházení vzniku odpadů textilií při výrobě Plisse / Duette (stínící techniky) v mezinárodní společnosti Hunter Douglas Kadaň s r. o.

Abstract

This thesis processes an overview of an evaluation, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the use of coupage or footage in the production of shading Plisse / Duette techniques by Hunter Douglas Kadan Ltd. (hereinafter HD Kadan Ltd.). The first part describes existing production and current practices of manufacturing Plisse / Duette blinds at the HD Kadan. The thesis presents HD Kadan Ltd. from its very inception to its future goals. It also describes specification of methods and procedures in processing the input data. The experimental part of my thesis describes how to track the purchase of raw materials – textiles, and manufacturing of the finished Plisse / Duette products. The thesis proposes a new solution of input costs useful for HD Kadan Ltd., the availability of warehouse’s space, or other disposal costs of waste in the production of blinds Plisse / Duette fabric. It evaluates how to product better Plisse / Duette and how to prevent a waste at all. The last part of the thesis evaluates possible proposals in comparison with current practice in the international HD Kadan Ltd. company.
