Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with data analysis of selected laboratory hematological-genetic tests in donors of blood and blood components in 2014-2016. The aim was to analyze genetic tests which were carried out on donors of blood and blood components with higher number of platelets than usual – altogether 118 tested subjects. An analysis of two genetic tests for determining susceptibility to atherosclerosis and determining thrombogenic mutations was performed. A total of 19 genetic mutations connected in a given way with thrombocytes was analyzed. The goal was to detect the genetic susceptibility of the individuals with a higher number of platelets and match their genotypes with phenotypes. To find out to what dysfunctions the above-mentioned donors are or are not susceptible.
