Podpora kvalifikace jakou součást aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with employment support aimed at supporting qualification of disadvantaged groups in the labour market. The aim is to describe and compare the approaches of selected EU countries to increase qualification especially for young people and suggest measures to improve the situation in this area. The countries in which the thesis deals, are Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, and of course Czech Republic. Each country has a specific approach and at the end approaches are compared and propose recommendations for the Czech Republic, which is not in the fight against unemployment as successful as the others.
