Současná situace a vývoj na trhu práce ve vybraných krajích České republiky

Abstract

This diploma thesis addresses the labor market and unemployment. The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the basic terms and connections of the functioning of the labor market and employment, to introduce the actors of the labor market and to evaluate the situation and development of the Czech labor market in the years 2013 – 2022, with an emphasis on the situation and development of the labor market in three selected regions – Moravian-Silesian, Ústecký, South Moravian. All three regions are located on the outskirts of the republic and border another state. The comparison of the specifics of the labor market will take place at the level of selected regions and the national average. In the conclusion, there are recommendations that can be applied to improve the unemployment situation.
