Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of destructive potential of drones in relation to the rise of fire. The first chapter describes the legislation in relation to the categories of drones. The second chapter forms the idea of the construction of drones. The third and fourth chapters present drone manufacturers and selected drones from DJI company. The fifth chapter presents safety features to prevent and reduce the consequences of an impact or falling drone. In the sixth chapter, the calculation of the maximum force at the impact and impact of the drone and the pressure on the surface is calculated. The seventh chapter is about the possible cause of fire, especially focusing on the drone battery, there is also a practical test of the possibility of ignition of the drone battery. The eighth chapter deals with the prevention of drone accidents. The ninth chapter describes recommendation to extinguish a drone battery fire.
