Zhodnocení finančního zdraví stavební společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating of the financial health of a selected civil engineering company. Using the basic methods of financial analysis, the main financial statements of the company are evaluated. Both the strengths and weaknesses of the company are outlined, with related suggestions for improving problem areas. Thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. Part of the theory is an explanation of the issues of financial analysis and its main methods of compilation. These methods are then used in the application part, namely horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis and its basic indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness. The following is a calculation of the pyramid decomposition of indicators and selected two types of bankruptcy models. In the end, the results are summarized and possible recommendations are suggested.
