Analýza personálních činností u vybrané těžební společnosti

Abstract

The subject of diploma thesis is an analysis of personnel activities in selected mining company. I chose a Czech Coal a.s. company. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of thesis contains characterization of chosen personnel activities and their principles. Next part presents Czech Coal a.s. company’s profile and their chosen personnel activities focused on an employee fluctuation, accident rate and absence hours. The practical part of thesis deals with suggestions for reduction of these factors. Also with the recommendations for improvement of present situation with employees satisfaction.
