Bachelor thesis focuses on consumer behaviour of students on the mobile operator market. It examines which mobile operator students use, for how long and if they are loyal. The bachelor thesis describes mobile operator selection factors and reference group influence. It contains satisfaction evaluation for selected mobile operator services.
