Tvorba plánu kontroly a řízení vybraného standardního světlometu

Abstract

The main subject of this diploma thesis is control plan. The goal of thesis´ practical part is a description of current application of control plans for serial final assembly of headlamps in practical conditions of supplier for automotive industry, identification of weaknesses, proposal of changes and its´ application as an exemplar control plan. Furthermore, lists of inspections for standard worksations of assembly line for facilitation of control plans creation were made as well. Theoretical part deals with quality management with focus on quality planning and requirements of standards related to application of control plans in automotive industry.
