Problematika řešení dluhové krize v zemích PIIGS

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena problematikou řešení dluhové krize v zemích PIIGS. Cílem práce je charakteristika světové finanční a dluhové krize, rozbor opatření přijatých proti dluhové krizi v Evropské unii a následné zhodnocení dopadů dluhové krize na ekonomiky států PIIGS. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První část práce obsahuje obecné definice dluhové a ekonomické krize, příčiny světové finanční krize a počátek dluhové krize v Evropě. V druhé části jsou charakterizovány opatření proti dluhové krizi v Evropské unii. Třetí část je zaměřena na dopady dluhové krize na ekonomiky států PIIGS, kde je využito ukazatelů reálného růstu HDP a veřejného dluhu.

This diploma thesis is focused on addressing issue of the debt crisis in PIIGS countries. The aim of this work is to characterize the global financial crisis and debt crisis, the analysis of the measures taken against the debt crisis in the European Union and the subsequent assessment of the impact of the debt crisis on the economies of the PIIGS. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first part contains general definitions of debt and economic crisis, the causes of the global financial crisis and the beginning of the debt crisis in Europe. In the second part are characterized measures against the debt crisis in the European Union. Third part is focused on the impact of the debt crisis on the economies of the PIIGS, where is used indicators of real growth of GDP and public debt.
