Studie ohrožení prvků kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

The thesis is focused on analysis of emergency situations on water-supply reservoirs. The thesis examines theoretical possibilities of risks occurrence on water-supply reservoirs. It determines the risks and suggests suitable solutions for their minimization. Key findings were used in a methodology proposal, which should eliminate occurrence of risk areas and emergency situations on water-supply reservoirs. The thesis is divided in several chapters. Opening chapters describe general information about critical infrastructure, together with process used while analyzing of functionality of this infrastructure. Furthermore, there are questionnaires proposed for experts from water-supply reservoirs in the thesis. Information gained with help of these questionnaires are evaluated through selected analytical procedures. Final chapters are considering information from performed analyses, based on them they are stating the most risky areas on water-supply reservoirs. On the basis of these findings protection of each critical infrastructure element is proposed. Conclusions of the thesis are implemented into the methodology proposal itself. Key words: critical infrastructure, water-supply reservoir, water-supply reservoir elements, emergency situations, risk, protection, methodology, analysis.
