Územní studie části lokality „Sokolovská“ v Českém Těšíně

Abstract

The aim of this Diploma thesis are to design appropriate use of the site and to create an urban design of buildings, including technical specifications. First part of my Diploma thesis analyzes teoretical knowlage and describes the current status of the site. My proposals are based on verified fatcs about the locality.

I described current status of the locality and designed two variant sof zones for public housing. One of this variant is processed in territorial study. The study contains design of residential buildings, transport solutions, technical infrastructure and public places. The territorial study could be taken by representavive of Český Těšín as a design solution how to use this locality in future.
