Zavádění systému řízení podniků z hlediska ochrany životního prostředí (Program EMAS)

Abstract

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl seznámit s programem řízení beroucí v potaz ochranu životního prostředí – program EMAS, potvrdit vhodnost jeho použití jak v oblasti firem, tak i v mimopodnikových organizacích, a v praxi ukázat přínosy jeho zavedení. Co se týče struktury práce, ta je rozvržena od charakteristiky programu EMAS, jeho historie až do současnosti, po srovnání tohoto programu s normou ISO 14001 se všemi pozitivními a negativními jevy. Část práce věnuji také měst-skému úřadu v Chrudimi, který jako první v ČR získal ocenění systému EMAS akreditovaným ověřovatelem a může být pro ostatní organizace podobného cha-rakteru vhodným vzorem. V práci je také vzpomenuto na jiné nástroje, které se zabývají dopady na životní prostředí nebo udržitelný rozvoj. V části věnované vý-zkumu se zaměřuji na přístup k životnímu prostředí obecních úřadů s rozšířenou působností v Ústeckém kraji, jak se k této otázce staví a co pro jeho ochranu sami činí. Důležitou částí práce jsou praktické zkušenosti některých úřadů, kterými by se ostatní mohli inspirovat.

The diploma work sets the goal to give information about the programme of management seriously taking the protection of the environment – the programme EMAS, to affirm the convenience of its application either in the sphere of compa-nies or those out of them, and to show the contributions of its implementation in practise. The work is laid out from the featuring of the programme EMAS, its history to the present, it compares this programme with the standard ISO 14001 including all positive and negative phenomenon’s. The part of the work also deals with the municipal authorities in Chrudim, which was the first in the Czech Republic to be awarded with the system EMAS accredited by the verifier and it can be the other similar organizations role model. In the work there are mentioned the implements concerning with impact on the environment or maintainable development. In the part dedicating the research I focus on the approach of municipal authorities with clean-cut force in Usti district to the environment, how they uphold this matter and what they themselves do for its conservation. The important part of the work is the practical experience of some authori-ties, which the others could find inspiration from.
