Abstract

The master thesis was concerned with employee satisfaction in ABC firm. The theoretical part explains the key concepts concerning with employee motivation and satisfaction. Subsequently, there were clarified basic incentives as benefits, compensation system and working environment that this thesis deals with. The practical part introduces company ABC in more detail, primarily its history and the subject of its main business. The aim of practical part was analyzed the employee current satisfaction and their reaction to particular incentives. Possible suggestion and recommendation, leading to increase of employee satisfaction, are part of this thesis too.
