Porovnání tržní a administrativní hodnoty nemovitostí

Abstract

Bachelor Thesis is focused on the comparison of the market and administrative value of selected real estate in Dolní Benešov. The aim of the thesis is to compare the market and administrative value of selected property, specifically with regard to agricultural property, permanent grassland and property in the municipal plan intended for the future construction. Properties will be valued by means of the administrative and market evaluating method, in case of market evaluating methods are divided into direct comparison method and proceed´s method, consenquently mathematical and statistical calculations will be used to compare of the calculated values. In the fourth chapter is the comparison of used evaluating methods and are quantified the differences in all of the used evaluating methods. Subsequently procedure is recommended for the further practice.
