In this bachelors work I have been employing myself with a proposal of a plan to an emergency rescue of people of a village with an extensible activity to Jesenik. The first theoretic part is directed on a general characteristic planning for emergency survival in the Czech Republic. Here are gradually named and explained all of the acquisitions of emergency survival of people. The second, practical part is dealing with the problematic of the plan alone. In the summary of my work I evaluate the function of the plan of an emergency rescue for Jesenik on a model situation.
