Abstract

The thesis deals with the development of documentation for construction of the building of the rescue station for animals. The building was designed to refresh the current urban expression of local area. The basis for the project were general oveview of needs of weighed services and other aditional researches and analysis of surroundindgs. The object is designed as a partly basement building, with three above-ground floors. Indiscerptible part of thesis is also technological process of performing foundation structures made of concrete and its comparision with alternative method using reinforced concrete. The objective is to compare time and financial demandingness of theese options. The dissertation thesis is a summary of all identified circumstances, the applicable rules, regulations and standards.
