Abstract

In the thesis I concern about the task – The selection of the middle medical staff of the company Hospital and Clinic in Považská Bystrica. In the introduction I have outlined the theme of the selection of employees and I have determined the goals of my thesis too. In the following part I have paid attention to the theory, such as the definition of the requirement, attracting candidates, collection candidates, etc. Then I have defined contributory organization Hospital and Clinic, it´s vision, principles, services and organizational structure. First I have analyzed the current system of selection process of employees in the practical part. Next I have used the information and the available basis for my proposals to improve of current system. My proposal is establish a transparent and fair recruitment process. In the end I was thinking about the fulfilment of goals of my thesis. There are seven enclosures as a part of my thesis.
