Legislativní procesy při čerpání důlní (ložiskové) vody z vodního zápolí PZP Dolní Dunajovice

Abstract

Underground gas storages are playing main role in national energy security of the Czech Republic. The capacity of underground gas storages is a quarter of national year consumption. One of many possibilities how to be more independent of gas suppliers and gas transporters is construction of new underground storages or improving capacity at current ones. Withdrawing of mine water from reservoir aquifer is the most profitable option in case of Underground gas storage Dolní Dunajovice. The improvement of the reservoir capacity is possible in few years when all procedures (law and technological) are fulfilled. I have focused on legislative procedures which precedes or could precedes mine water withdrawing from the Underground gas storage Dolní Dunajovice aquifer in this work.
