Analýza marketingového mixu sportovně relaxačního centra

Abstract

This dissertation focuses on, “The Marketing Mix Analysis of the Sport-Relaxation Centre“. The dissertation provides complete study of the contemporary marketing mix of the sport-relaxation centre, evaluation of its results, subsequent designation of the conclusions and recommendation for possible changes. Part of the dissertation is introduction of the theoretical bases of the marketing mix, which include explanation, and specification of the each title related to its topic. Another part deals with the characteristics of the market and market environment, in which the organization works with the usage of PEST and SWOT analysis. Then the dissertation focuses on the complete analysis of individual tools from the marketing mix of the sport-relaxation centre. These two parts are provided with the information acquired by questionnaire. In the last part, the results of the research are summarized, and the conclusions and recommendations are made.
